Structured programmes for progress
The school provides ordinary and advanced secondary education with science and arts pathways. Teaching follows the national curriculum and is supported by lesson planning, continuous assessment, examination analysis and targeted support for students who need extra help.
The school’s development priorities include stronger curriculum delivery, remedial teaching, regular teacher training and access to competent A-Level teachers, particularly in the sciences.

Supporting teachers to support students
Continuous professional development remains central to the school’s approach to improvement. Training will focus on curriculum changes, teaching methods, assessment, ICT integration, leadership and supervision. Staff appraisal and student feedback will help identify strengths and development needs.

A stronger computer learning environment
In 2024, Global Technology Access Foundation and Computer Works Uganda supported the school to expand its computer laboratory to twenty stations with fibre internet. The next phase is to deepen ICT use across teaching, learning and administration.
